The seating layout can be flexibly arranged according to the content of your event and the number of guests. The venue can accommodate 90 guests in a restaurant-style setup or 300 guests in a cocktail format, and the seating area is furnished with comfortable soft sofas and armchairs. We also offer a dedicated bar area exclusively for your events. Additionally, the Ruzy People courtyard connects the event space with Ruzy Gallery, providing an area where you can create additional seating arrangements or use as an open-air space for standing receptions. Ruzy People is equipped with a professional sound system and a ready-to-use DJ set, ensuring a flawless audio experience for events of any scale. The space is also fitted with a multimedia projector, making it suitable for presentations and video screenings. You are also welcome to bring your own DJ.
KITCHEN
Ruzy People is equipped with a fully professional kitchen, allowing the hosting of events with guest chefs or simply offering a selection of refined finger foods. The kitchen features industrial stoves, ovens (including patisserie and pizza ovens), a grill, and a deep fryer, along with stainless-steel worktops and professional knife sets. It also includes industrial refrigerators, freezers, a cold room, a dry-storage area, beverage fridges, and a dishwasher. Additionally, the space is outfitted with an extraction and ventilation system, blenders, mixers, whisks, as well as a bain-marie and a wok station. This comprehensive setup ensures that any culinary experience can be delivered seamlessly and to the highest standard.

Access to Ruzy Gallery can be provided for distinguished events. The gallery may remain fully open throughout your event, offering an elevated and exclusive atmosphere. This allows your guests to explore the exhibition individually or enjoy a private curatorial tour.
Ruzy Gallery aims to build a cultural bridge between Europe and Asia from its location in Istanbul, focusing on cross-cultural and international collaboration. Each exhibition becomes a significant cultural event in the city, hosting leading artists from Turkey and around the world, while also supporting emerging talents.
